How to rent a bike?

1. If you are a new user, create an ONEPASS FREEBIKE account. Registration for ONEPASS Freebike takes place directly on the website of the bicycle system, after clicking the REGISTER button. The system takes you to a three-step registration, which ends with confirmation of the verification code sent via SMS. After registration, log in using your phone number and the password you created.

2. Your account will remain inactive until you go through the verification process, the course of which is described in the "How does user verification look like?”

3. After receiving information that your account has been activated, select the tariff in the application.

4. Enter the Park -e-Bike station area. Approach the selected bike and use the application to scan the QR code located on the back of the bike behind the saddle. Press the brake lever twice to activate the bike.

5. To block a bike in the Red Zone (area of Krakow and Skawina), press the pause button in the application. Press the brake lever twice to put the bike in pause mode. Remember! Each time you leave the bike in pause mode, it should be secured with the use of a mechanical lock, which is an integral part of the bike - the code to be fastened after renting the bike will be visible in the application.

6. Exit the pause mode in the application.

7. Arrive at the Park-e-Bike System Station located within the P&R area.

8. Leave the bike at the Park-e-Bike Station. End the rental in the application and fasten the bike to the stand located in the Park -E-Bike Station with the use of a mechanical lock, which is an integral part of the bike.

Remember! The bike can be rented and returned only within the active stations at P&R.

How does user verification look like?

1. During the verification process the User is obliged to hand in a form containing the data, i.e. name, surname, telephone number (telephone number with the prefix +48) , e-mail address; address of residence, Pesel number, identity document number and to show the identity document.

2. The User may submit the form together with the identity document in the office of ZTP or in other places, the detailed location of which will be announced on the website park-e-bike. ztp.krakow.pl.

3. Refusal to present an identity document is tantamount to inability to use the Park-e-Bike System.

4. The user is obliged to hand in the form personally. Submitting the form by a third party on the basis of a power of attorney or authorization is not allowed.

5. Within 7 days from the date of submitting the form, ZTP will verify the correctness of the data provided on the form and, if the data provided during registration in the System are compatible, will activate the User's account. In case of absence of an account in the System and discrepancies in the data provided, the User will be informed about the need to complete the data.

Why is my account inactive?

From May 25, 2023 in order to use the Park-e-Bike bike, in accordance with the system regulations, you must go through the user verification process before renting a bike. Both new users and people who have used the system before must go through this process - all previously opened accounts have been deactivated. Description of the verification process is included in the tab - "How does user verification look like?"

Kto może korzystać z systemu Park-e-Bike?

To rent a bicycle in the PARK-E-BIKE system you must be at least 18 years old and have:

• PESEL numer,

• identity card with photo,

• telephone number in the network of a polish operator.

Where can I submit the verification form?

The form can be submitted:

-

at the offices of the Public Transport Authority of Krakow at 1 Wielopole Street, Monday to Friday, from 8.00 am to 3.00 pm.

- at the bike service of the Public Transport Authority of Krakow at ul. Przewóz 21, from 7.00 a.m. to 4.45 p.m.

- during additional duty hours (e.g. at the ZTP stand at the premises of Radio Krakow at 22 Słowackiego Avenue on Saturday 9 March, from 10:00 am to 3:00 pm during the event Cycling across Krakow)

- by sending a form via your own E-PUAP profile. The form can be downloaded from https://ztp.krakow.pl/rower/park-e-bike.

Where and when can I use a bike?

1. Bike rental and return is available only at the Park-e-Bike System Station located within P&R Czerwone Maki.

2. The Park-e-Bike System user may use the bike and park it at any publicly accessible point in Kraków and Skawina. The area has been presented on the map - https://park-e-bike.ztp.krakow.pl/stacje.html.

3. The Park-e-Bike System station will be open in 2022 from 6 am to 9 pm from.

4. Possibility to rent a bike - till 8 pm.

5. Possibility to return the bike - till 9 pm.

How much does it cost to rent a bike?

The use of electric bikes in the pilot Park-e-Bike system purchased under the Low Carb project. Capacity building for integrated low-emission mobility planning in functional urban areas. Co-financed under the Interreg Central Europe Program for 2014-2020, it is free of charge for Users.

Password reset

Password reset is possible after going to the LOG IN -> RESET PASSWORD tab.

I can not return the bike

The bike may only be returned at the Park-e-Bike System Station located in the P&R car park. In case of problems with the return, leave the bike attached to the stand at the station and send a problem report to the e-mail address: park-e-bike@ztp.krakow.pl.

Android users

If you have difficulty running the application or during ongoing bike rental, manually turn off and turn on location sharing on your phone.
