WHAT IS ONEPASS?
ONEPASS FREEBIKE gives you the option of creating one account, thanks to which we can use many bicycle systems as part of Freebike without the need to re-enter personal data in individual local systems. The customer has one account and logs in to many local systems with one phone number and the created password.
Registration for ONEPASS Freebike takes place directly on the website of the bicycle system, after clicking the OPEN ACCOUNT button. The system transfers to three-stage registration, which ends with confirmation of the code sent via SMS.
PERSONAL DATA IN THE ONEPASS SYSTEM
The ONEPASS Freebike website (www.onepass.freebike.com) is only used to manage customer data (name, surname, telephone number and email address). Activity history - rentals, payments, etc. are available in the mobile application or on the website of a given local cycling system.
Personal data provided during registration to ONEPASS Freebike are transferred to the operators of individual systems only with the consent of the client, which is equivalent to joining the local system. In each system, however, the customer must accept the local regulations and pay the appropriate fee in accordance with the price list.
ONEPASS PASSWORD RESET
Password reset is possible in the Freebike application and on the website after going to the LOGIN -> RESET PASSWORD.
DELETION OF THE ONEPASS ACCOUNT
Removal of the ONEPASS account is possible only if the client has not rented a bike in the systems to which he joined and has no arrears with the local System Operators during the last 7 days. The deletion of the ONEPASS account is tantamount to the deletion of accounts in all systems that the customer has joined.
On the ONEPASS website, you can check the list of systems the customer has joined together with their login details.
